Meet our Head Physio

About Me

Fola is the head physio at Zorak Physio. She has more than 18 years post graduate clinical experience as a physiotherapist. Fola completed her BSC Physiotherapy and MSC in Orthopaedic, sports and recreational physiotherapy abroad in year 2000 and 2004 respectively.

She also recently completed a masters degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health at the prestigious University College London. During this training, she was able to improve her clinical skills during placements with top clinicians at University College Hospital, London, British Athletics and various private clinics and hospitals in London. For her MSc project, she researched on the association between types of low back pain and Achilles tendinopathy among Elite British Athletes.

Fola has worked predominantly in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy specialty managing varieties of complex musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She has experience working in various NHS Trust and well know private hospitals and clinics across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London. In order to continue to provide holistic approach to treatment and utilising evidence based practice, Fola continues to update and attend various core training in physiotherapy. She is a member of the Acupuncture Association of chatered physiotherapists after successfully completing the foundation and update courses. Fola has also attended Kinesiotaping courses with the pioneer Kinesiotaping Association as this is one of the essential skills in sports management. Fola’s skills and experience is vast and you will surely be in good hands receiving the best treatment.
