Whether you are returning to recreational or professional sports, our gym based rehabilitation will be tailored to your needs. Returning to sports requires individually tailored progressive exercises to sports specific training. We aim to prepare you to return with appropriate level of conditioning to prevent re-injury. Key areas we would focus on:

  • Sports specific training

  • If you have had an injury while playing sports or due to any other, do not return to sports with basic level physiotherapy treatment. You need to re-condition to return to high level activities to optimise your performance and reduce risk of re-injury.
